Strategy, Design, Refinement

• Created and maintained a forward-looking Product Roadmap for the Iron Mountain Policy Center Solution (PCS). This required extensive collaboration with internal consultants, existing clients, prospects and other stakeholders.

• Acted as a “Product Evangelist” both internally and externally. Facilitating both internally and externally focused training sessions, discussions, industry sessions (ARMA, etc.).

• Lead the delivery of a fully refreshed UI/UX for the Policy Center Solution (PCS). This effort took over a year to complete and involved close engagement with existing clients, prospects, and a large team of IG consultants and Engineers.

• Developed a new Privacy focused module to support new GDPR and CCPA requirements. I managed the entire process from Ideation to Delivery. This new module resulted in dozens of new clients (over 1M in new revenue).
