• Supported several dozen client discussions and POC’s to help clients and prospects understand how Retention Policy could be applied to content. This included discussion focused on retention triggers, tools, and application systems.

• Worked with Hyland Software (www.hyland.com) to develop the “Governance Rules as a Service – GRaaS” (https://www.hyland.com/en/learn/it-programs/graas-solution-overview) which uses retention requirements from Policy Center (based on Regulatory Rules and Regulations) to apply those requirements to the underlying content as part of a comprehensive workflow process.
